CPA- Cost per acquisitions is a bid type which you can set after running your ads successfully though Google would have your data record and will open option to use CPA bid for your ads. In CPA bid you are willing to pay for subscription, enquiry form or any event which you have specified on your site. You will not pay for clicks or impression.

CPM: Cost per mille is a bid strategy that is applicable only for display networks and you can set your bid on Impression. It is called cost per thousands as well.  It means number of time your ad view you will pay accordingly.
i.e. your ad appear on partner times 1000 times then Google will charges you accordingly and according to competition fluctuation.

Default Bid – When you start your campaign so you need to set default bid which tell to Google that you are willing to pay a specific amount of an ad group.
i.e. you have added 10 keywords in your ads and you have set different bid for five keywords then rest of keywords will be charged from your default bid which you have set while creating campaign.

Budget: In budget section you have to set an amount which you are willing to pay on daily basis. It may vary 20% less or more to reach your potential customer.

After setting your bid and budget you are going to name to adgroup and will create your ad as well.

Create your ad to fill given field above while creating ad in campaign.

Headline is for your ad title will appear on top of your ads. Character limit of headline is 25 including space.
Description line1 and 2- To add description of your creative ad it is most important to keep your headline keywords in your description to increase quality score of your ad. The character limit is 35 including space.

Display URL –It will appear in your ad and Google allow you customize your display URL according to your keywords. The condition is you have to keep your domain name and rest you can add yourself.

Destination URL is called landing page URL. Once audience will click on your then the page you have specified in destination URL will be open in separate window. The URL would be you website or webpage URL.
